1) Q: How soon will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed before 12:15PM Eastern Time, it will ship out the same day via the shipping method you selected at the time of order. Orders placed after 12:15PM will ship the next business day.

2) Q: How do I return an item that I have received?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price. If you would like to return merchandise that you have received, you must first get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from our customer support center. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the bottom of your screen and fill out the E-Mail form. Be sure to include your name, E-Mail address, order number, and the product(s) you would like to return. You will receive an E-mail with an RMA number and instructions for return shipping as quickly as possible.

3) Q: How do you ship packages?
We offer a variety of shipping methods, but UPS ground is the most economical for customers located within the continental United States. Below is a map of the U.S. indicating estimated transit time for ground shipments.
International Shipping (Non-U.S.)
We use the Postal Service's airmail system for all international shipments. It generally takes between 7 and 15 days for delivery, and costs between $25 and $35 depending on the weight of the shipment and your country's proximity to the Western United States.
